Office Junior/Bookkeeper

We need someone interested in an accounting career to join our flock. As Office Junior/Bookkeeper, you will assist in providing clients with money-saving tax solutions in a friendly and supportive environment.

With fantastic opportunities to progress in your career, you will carry out a range of finance and administrative duties, including:

Finance:

• Payroll: Processing weekly/monthly and CIS
• Bookkeeping (experience with Xero preferred but not essential)
• Assisting with VAT preparation and deadlines
• Monitoring deadlines
• Helping senior members of staff

Admin:

• Greeting clients
• HMRC registrations
• Company formations
• Mail and scanning of mail
• Companies House forms
• Answering phones
• Dealing with client emails
• Other ad-hoc duties

What you need to know:

This position is full-time, permanent.

Your working week will be Monday to Friday from 8am until 3.30pm.
